EDUCATION
Dariimaa Gombojav earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Penn State University. Following law school, she gained extensive experience drafting and negotiating high-value EPC contracts, representing clients in international arbitration proceedings under SIAC rules, and advising on corporate structuring and conducting due diligence in M&A transactions.
BACKGROUND
Dariimaa Gombojav is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of California. Since 2024, she has focused her legal practice on workers’ compensation law in California. Ms. Gombojav represents a diverse range of clients, including insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, Labor Code Section §132a claims, serious and willful misconduct allegations, subrogation issues, and providing proactive legal consultation and risk management strategies. Prior to focusing on workers’ compensation, Ms. Gombojav gained valuable international legal experience in contract negotiation, arbitration, and corporate law. Her background brings a unique global perspective to her practice, and she is committed to delivering efficient, results-oriented legal solutions for her clients. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys playing squash, hiking, cooking and traveling with her husband and daughter.
