EDUCATION
Monica Rodriguez received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 2016 from Sonoma State University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and became a member of the State Bar of California in 2024.
BACKGROUND
Ms. Rodriguez began her legal career in law school working in personal injury and as an intern with two non-profits, Open Door Legal in San Francisco and for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. She also volunteered as an interpreter for the Justice and Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco, covering mostly immigration and family law cases. After earning her law degree, Monica gained experience in civil litigation defense and business and corporate law, supporting in house counsel. Monica’s exposure to civil defense and employment law within her corporate job, motivated her to seek out opportunities to defend California employers from labor and employment liabilities.
