Roza Bostanian

EDUCATION
Roza graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Political Science. While at CSUN, she dedicated her time to a Judicial Externship under Judge Amerian at the Van Nuys Superior Court, gaining valuable insights into judicial proceedings in family, civil, and criminal court. This exposure deepened her understanding of the judicial system and solidified her commitment to pursuing a legal career. Roza later earned her Juris Doctor in 2024 from California Western School of Law, becoming a member of the California State Bar in 2025.
BACKGROUND
During her time in law school, Roza served as the President of the Armenian Law Student Association, where she organized various events featuring guest speakers, to facilitate discussions on topics such as Armenian Genocide recognition and legal advocacy to help raise awareness about human right issues affecting Armenians globally. Currently, she is an active member of the Armenian Bar Association, continuing her professional development and community engagement. Roza gained exposure to a broad range of practice areas, including family law, mass torts, and consumer litigation while attending law school. After graduation, Roza was introduced to workers’ compensation defense and quickly recognized it as the right fit. The practice allows her to effectively advocate for clients while engaging with complex legal and factual matters. Roza values the opportunity to protect employers’ interests through strategic, results-driven representation. Prior to her legal career, Roza was a professional rhythmic gymnast, traveling and competing in competitions worldwide. She qualified twice for the Junior Olympics and trained at Olympic training centers in Colorado and New York, learning from world-class coaches and Olympians. Roza’s passion for fitness led her to become a certified Lagree and Pilates instructor. Fitness has always been a significant part of Roza’s life, helping her stay focused, disciplined, and balanced in her work as an attorney.
