EDUCATION
Mary Driggers (Lingjia Li) earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. She originally started her law career in China, where she practiced law for two years. In 2025, she achieved a rare goal by passing the California Bar Exam on her first attempt.
BACKGROUND
Mary Driggers is a licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of California. After successfully passing the California Bar Exam, she has focused her legal practice on workers’ compensation law in California. She has represented a diverse range of clients, including insurance carriers and third-party administrators in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, including Labor Code Section §132a, serious and willful misconduct, and contribution. Prior to focusing on workers’ compensation, Ms. Driggers gained over two years of legal experience in China, providing her with a strong foundation in legal analysis and client communication in cross-cultural settings. Outside of her legal career, she enjoys running, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
