Dianne Quindiagan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San José State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where she attended as a merit-based scholar.
BACKGROUND
Ms. Quindiagan exclusively represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in the defense of California workers’ compensation claims. She advises clients through all stages of litigation, including claim investigation, discovery, depositions, medical-legal issues, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She is committed to providing practical, strategic, and client-focused representation, helping clients efficiently navigate California’s workers’ compensation system while achieving effective resolutions.
In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Quindiagan serves as an adjunct professor where she mentors future attorneys and helps law students develop the analytical and practical skills essential to the practice of law.
