Ryan M. Jensen

EDUCATION
Mr. Jensen attended college at the University of Utah. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Honors Program. He received his Juris Doctor, from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California. During Law School, he received the Witkin Award for Legal Writing and Advanced Criminal Evidence, and was a Law Clerk at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Jensen was admitted to the Bar in 2007 and started working at small firm doing criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury cases. In 2008 he started working in workers’ compensation defense and subrogation because of his back ground in civil litigation. From 2016 to 2022 he focused his practice primarily on subrogation cases. Starting in 2022 he went back to doing workers’ compensation defense and subrogation cases. Mr. Jensen has made multiple presentations to third party administrators and insurance carriers on the issues that arise when an industrial injury is caused by a third party. He enjoys working on creative ways to resolve workers’ compensation claims and subrogation claims in the best interest of the client. He has done jury trials to verdict, and multiple workers’ compensation trails, with several take nothing results. Mr. Jensen has been married for over twenty years and enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons. He also enjoys going to the beach and watching his sons play sports.
