BACKGROUND
Tracy Konheim is a member of the State Bar of California. While in law school, Tracy interned for the California Court of Appeals, Second Appellate District, under Justice Earl Johnson, Jr. and twice interned at the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board for the late Justice Norma Crane. During these internships, she was exposed to numerous courtroom proceedings and honed her research and legal writing skills. She then launched her career with a brief stint in civil litigation and construction defect, but ultimately, she gravitated back to her roots in workers’ compensation. Tracy’s experience in workers’ compensation defense began as an associate attorney in a Los Angeles firm where she handled various complex litigation cases on behalf of insurance carriers. After a hiatus from law, she has returned to Dietz, Gilmor, & Chazen to re-ignite her passion. When she is not working, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family the most. She also enjoys traveling, watching sports, going to musicals and concerts, and writing music while she is learning to play the acoustic guitar.
