Mr. Vega earned his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law.
BACKGROUND
Mr. Vega represents a diverse range of clients, including insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in handling all aspects of workers’ compensation defense, Labor Code Section §132a claims, serious and willful misconduct allegations, subrogation issues. Additionally, Mr. Vega is bilingual and can read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
Prior to focusing on workers’ compensation, Mr. Vega practiced civil litigation as a defense attorney, representing insurance carriers. During this time, he gained extensive experience in case valuation, exposure analysis, and comprehensive discovery review. He now brings this valuable background to Dietz, Gilmor & Chazen, where he is dedicated to securing the best possible outcomes for his clients through a strategic and results-driven defense approach.
