Jessica Collins

EDUCATION
Jessica Collins earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2007 from Arizona State University. She received her Juris Doctor in 2012 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since December 2012.
BACKGROUND
Post graduation, Jessica practiced both workers’ compensation and civil litigation defense representing employers and carriers. In 2020, she opened her own practice and represented applicants and individuals as a solo practitioner in both workers’ compensation and personal injury.
She brings her unique skill set of resolving cases early and often as well as her law and motion and trial experience. She represents employees, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys being outside and can often be found hiking or at the beach.
